An organization-wide engagement centered on three core leaders at the C-suite, VP, or Director level. Core leaders receive bi-weekly coaching alongside the full Project S.C.A.L.E.® Assessment Stack, while all employees receive DISC and managers outside the core three receive Leadership DISC. The engagement also includes up to two Group Dynamics Reports, two large-group facilitations, and a recurring group coaching session every other month to keep leadership aligned across the organization.

The Project S.C.A.L.E.® Summit is a cohort-based leadership development program built on the five core domains of the Project S.C.A.L.E.® framework. Each session is sequenced to build on the last, moving leaders from self-awareness to organizational impact. Assessment data anchors every stage of the experience to real leadership behaviors.
The Summit operates within the Project S.C.A.L.E.® Framework, so every session connects back to a domain, a behavior set, and a measurable leadership outcome. Participants leave with a 12-month strategic plan built from their own assessment data and action plans throughout the year.
Sessions are held on the third Saturday of each month. Maximum 18 participants per cohort. Maximum 4 participants from any single organization.
Interest list now open. Cohort seats are limited by design. Organizations planning leadership development for 2027 should get in early.
The Summit is also available in two standalone halves. Summit 101 covers Sessions 1-5 (January-May). Summit 102 covers Sessions 6-10 (July-November) and requires 101 completion.
